Robinhood is expanding its agentic trading platform to cryptocurrencies, allowing eligible U.S. users to connect AI models directly to Robinhood’s trading infrastructure.
The launch accompanies the debut of Robinhood Chain, the company’s Ethereum Layer-2 blockchain, alongside new tokenized stocks, perpetual futures and stablecoin lending products.
CEO Vlad Tenev said the long-term goal is to give AI agents access to every capability available to human traders while keeping users in control through predefined risk limits.
The announcement, made during the company’s “The World Is Flat” event, extends Robinhood‘s AI-powered trading tools beyond equities and options, allowing eligible U.S. customers to deploy AI models that can analyze markets and interact with crypto trading infrastructure.
