The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) claimed that XRP was unregistered security and filed a lawsuit against Ripple and both its executives on December 220, 2020. The case has been going on ever since, while the community held its breath watching its progress.
A critical decision was made on the case last week. While it did not finalize the dispute, it practically marked Ripple’s triumph. Around the same time, Ripple announced that they are launching the first wave of their NFT Creator Fund.
