What is QVAC and why it can revolutionize AI
In the heart of AI Week, QVAC was presented, an acronym for Quantum Vault Automatic Computer.It is an open-source project that proposes a radical and powerful vision: to make artificial intelligence decentralized, sovereign, and under the full control of the user.
In the current world, the most advanced AIs are centralized, dependent on API keys, and based on remote data centers. This implies that our personal data, our questions, and our interactions are sent and stored by third-party companies, often without real possibility of verification or control.
QVAC completely overturns this paradigm, proposing a peer-to-peer style distributed structure, inspired by BitTorrent, in which the AI operates directly on our devices, without going through any central server.
