The JAM Course has been launched by Polkadot Blockchain Academy. The goal of this educational program is to introduce Polkadot’s innovative new architecture to the most talented technical brains in the sector.
Developed as a more practical, technical follow-on to the PBA Campus and the JAM Tour, the JAM Course will educate developers on the fundamental elements of Polkadot’s new architecture. It’s the first course specifically focused on the Join-Accumulate Machine (JAM) technology and applications, as developed by Dr. Gavin Wood.
The JAM Course is intended for expert Web3 developers who are curious about what Gavin Wood and his team believe to be at the vanguard of blockchain innovation. It combines in-depth lessons, hands-on workshops, and a space for discussion and Q&A.
JAM is a new Polkadot architectural layer that is intended to secede the relay chain. Solidity smart contracts, permissionless code execution, and roll-up outputs are all supported by JAM.
