As per the recent on-chain data, Marathon Digital which operates as a digital asset technology company acquired another 1,423 BTC tokens worth $139.5 million during the early Asian trading hours. Reportedly, this event took place after MARA announced closing its second convertible note offering worth ~$850 million. The company primarily preferred to purchase Bitcoin tokens which is the largest cryptocurrency by market cap. Moreover, the company partially re-purchasing its existing notes which are due in 2026.
