The Internet Computer (ICP) project is working on blockchain solutions that will adhere to the regulatory requirements, including the GDPR and other frameworks. It is the launch of a European subnet compliant with EU regulations.
It will provide general data protection as per the GDPR rules for decentralized applications. Developers will get a set of tools through it, which they can use to release dApps on the European market to protect financial and personal data.
