The ongoing legal saga between Do Knwon and SEC has taken a new twist as as Terra’s founder asks the court to provide him with some extra time with the Securities and Exchange Commission trial against him. Reported by Inner City Press.
Kwon’s lawyer has requested a U.S. court to postpone the trial due to uncertainties surrounding his extradition from Montenegro and also said that Kwon may not be in the United States until February and March.
On January 11, Do Kwon’s lawyer wrote in to say he wants to attend but “is not likely to be extradited until February or March at the earliest.” He asks for a delay to mid-March or an instruction to the jury why he is not present”.
