Natural historian and broadcaster David Attenborough has come up with another virtual reality (VR) documentary dubbed Galapagos VR in collaboration with Meta Platforms (formerly Facebook).
The series will explore the volcanic islands located in Ecuador, Galapagos. The place is known for its wildlife. The father of evolution, Charles Darwin, drew inspiration from the place for his prominent Theory of Evolution.
A Deeper Marine Dive
Meta Platforms explains the experience as “combining stylized animation with incredible VR set extension and high-quality 3D video, this unique three-part series flies through thousands of years of evolution on this unique archipelago.” Atlantic Productions, a British production company, has produced the three-part series.
