Blockchain Project Worldcoin Taps Okta to Launch World ID
Blockchain identity project Worldcoin has announced a new collaboration with Okta – an identity management software. According to the announcement, the collaboration will help Worldcoin to launch its proposed identity protocol, World ID, in Germany.

Per the announcement, World ID verification will start out in the German capital – Berlin. The new protocol will employ custom-designed hardware, called The Orbs, to verify German-based users using their biometric data.
By collaborating with Okta, Worldcoin has now introduced a “Sign in with Worldcoin” option on Okta’s Auth0 marketplace. That is the marketplace where developers access Okta’s authentication solutions. This means that developers may now use the new sign-in option as an alternative to Google or Facebook when they want to log in to their apps.
