Blockchain data and intelligence provider Glassnode estimated that the number of Ethereum addresses holding even the smallest fraction of ETH (wei) had reached an all-time high of 104,076,868.
As CryptoPotato recently reported, Bitcoin non-zero addresses have also experienced a substantial rise, tapping an ATH of almost 48 million at the end of July.
Despite ether’s recent consolidation at approximately $1,830, the number of Ethereum non-zero addresses has rapidly increased in the past few months, surpassing the milestone of 100 million.

Those addresses were approximately 20 million in 2019 and around 50 million at the start of 2021 (a few months before the bull market, which saw ether reaching an all-time high price of almost $4,900 (per CoinGecko’s data).
