PHILADELPHIA–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Glenmede, a leading investment and wealth management firm overseeing more than $40 billion in assets under management (AUM), today announced the election of Ms. Frances W. Ferguson and Dr. Sean X. Wang to its Board of Directors. Following the appointment of Ms. Ferguson and Dr. Wang, effective January 1, 2023, the Board now comprises fifteen Directors.
With her appointment to the Board, Ms. Ferguson brings decades of expertise in corporate and institutional banking and management consulting experience, as well as extensive knowledge around leading transformational change and enabling digital strategies. Most recently, she served as CEO of Ferguson Advisors, LLC, a firm specializing in corporate strategy, operations innovation and data analytics solutions. Previously, Ms. Ferguson was Group Executive Managing Director & Chief Administrative Officer–Operations at BNY Mellon and held roles earlier in her career at Goldman Sachs, Accenture, and Booz
