Web browser Opera adds support for Bitcoin, Polygon and Solana

Opera’s built-in crypto wallets will give millions of its users’ easy access to Web 3.0.
The blockchain integration will allow Opera users access to several thousand DApps on Polygon and Solana networks.

Earlier today, March 30, the popular web browser Opera said that it has added support for eight different blockchains. This includes some of the very popular names such as Bitcoin, Polygon, Solana, Celo, StarEx, Ronin, Nervos, and IXO. Opera is the company with the world’s first Web 3.0 browser with a built-in crypto wallet.
With the recent development, Opera notes that its millions of active users can benefit from DApps and services offered by these eight blockchains. Opera’s Web 3.0 browser, dubbed the Crypto Browser Project, runs on Android as well as desktop PCs. This is a standalone browser coming with built-in DApp support and a non-custodial crypto wallet.
