Securitize, a leading tokenization platform, has revealed the completion of its business combination with Cantor Equity Partners II, which is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), raising $400 million and becoming a publicly traded company.
The combined company is now known as Securitize Corp., and it will start trading on the NYSE under the ticker SECZ from July 2, 2026.
The merger of a SPAC with Securitize will place the company at a pre-money equity valuation of $1.25 billion.
