Playnance has expanded its global partner initiative, Be The Boss, through PlayW3, the Web3 social gaming platform it builds and operates, introducing a model that allows individuals to launch their own fully branded and operational digital gaming platform for a $1 entry fee.
According to the announcement shared with Finbold on February 12, participants receive a live platform under a unique subdomain within minutes, without technical setup or onboarding requirements.
The platforms operate on PlayW3’s infrastructure and follow a 50/50 revenue-sharing model, with automated daily on-chain payouts sent directly to partners’ wallets.

Unlike traditional affiliate or referral programs, Playnance says the initiative provides partners, referred to as “Bosses”, with full operational platforms rather than traffic-based commissions. Each platform runs on Playnance’s proprietary blockchain infrastructure and goes live immediately
