Imagine having a personal website, portfolio, or blog that can still be accessed even if the main server goes down, or even if you yourself are offline. That’s the big idea Portrait is working on through its collaboration with IPFS and Filecoin.
Sites built on Portrait are no longer dependent on a single hosting provider. As long as there’s someone on the network holding a copy of the data, the site is still accessible. Even if none of the servers are active, Filecoin still has an archived version.
